Y12 Assessments
Year 12 Assessments
End of Year 12 assessments are particularly important as they provide key evidence for teachers to determine predicted grades, which are used in university applications through UCAS and other post-18 pathways. It is essential that students approach these exams with focus and commitment, as the outcomes will inform one of the most significant stages of their future planning.
Equipment
Students must have their full equipment with them each day for their assessments (including black pen, pencil and specific maths and science equipment such as a calculator, ruler, protractor and compass if relevant). They will not be expected to have a transparent pencil case at this stage.
Students will only be set revision-based homework the week before their assessments. If your child is absent for any assessments, they will take them on their return to school.

Revision
Resources to support with revision can be found elsewhere on the website on our Revision Strategies page and our Raising Achievement Page (KS4 focus, but hopefully some useful items for some students and families).
Revision lists can be found attached below.
