Assistant Principal
Rosalind Holden is Assistant Principal responsible for Teaching and Learning, Professional Development and Early Career Teachers. Rosalind joined Harris Academy Sutton opened in September 2019 and during this time she has significantly contributed to developing the outstanding provision of teaching and learning within the Academy. Rosalind ensures that teaching staff, at all levels, are invested in and have access to high quality professional development.
Rosalind completed a BA in English at Northumbria University and shortly after a PGCE in English and Drama at Newcastle University. She moved to London to begin her career as an English teacher in 2009.
Previously Rosalind was Head of English at Hollyfield School in Surbiton, part of the ‘Every Child, Every Day’ Academy Trust.
In her spare time Rosalind enjoys reading, spending time with her family and performing in amateur musicals!
